If you ever want to make changes to your Gaion plan, the process is simple and takes only a moment.

Cancel by Switching to the Free Tier

To cancel your paid plan, you can switch to the free tier directly from your payment management screen. Once you switch, your billing stops right away.

You will still see a subscription listed in Stripe, but it will not charge you any money. This is required so your Gaion account stays active and you can still log in and access your data.

Removing Your Stripe Subscription Completely

If you no longer wish to use Gaion at all and want your Stripe subscription fully cancelled, reach out to our support team. Open the help beacon in the bottom right corner of the site and send us a message. We will take care of the complete cancellation for you.
